Government Leadership & Corruption
I support a forceful ending of government corruption and renewed leadership for Texans and all Americans by using our 10th Amendment Powers and Rights as Citizens to:
- Permanently secure the integrity of our elections.
- Shorten the election cycle so we have a “season for governing.”
- Reform the “inflow” of political money to ensure FULL transparency to identify WHO is funding ALL political candidates AND discourse.
- Ensure that necessary government is staffed with people who have lived and understand life in the real world.
- End the current conflict of interest for elected officials between public service and accumulation of personal wealth.
- Implement congressional term-limits to end the life-long “hustle” of career politicians.
- Empower Citizens to pick their leaders rather than politicians pick their voters.
- Ensure every political office holder’s interaction with lobbyists is immediately reported and transparent to ALL citizens.
- Establish proper controls on a Judiciary that currently has NO accountability to citizens.
- Rein in an imperial presidency by limiting powers to pardon, curbing presidential War Powers, and eliminating Signing Statements by the President to modify the meaning of duly enacted laws.
Right to Own and Bear Arms
Your life is your property, and you have the absolute right to defend it.
The right to bear arms does not come from the government, and it is not a privilege granted by the Second Amendment. The Constitution simply exists to tell the state that this fundamental human right is strictly off-limits.
Gun control is not—and has never been—about public safety. It is about centralizing power. It is a tool used by the political elite to maintain a monopoly on force, ensuring that peaceful citizens remain entirely dependent on the government for their own survival. Every arbitrary ban, registry, and permitting scheme does nothing to stop violent criminals; it only disarms the law-abiding and turns the basic human right of self-defense into a heavily taxed government privilege. Every authoritarian govenment starts with disarming the general population.
We are not subjects. We do not need permission to protect our property and our families.
Individual Agency
You own yourself. You are the exclusive master of your body, your mind, and your labor.
Individual agency is not a government-granted privilege—it is the moral foundation of a free society. The right to control your own life means that, so long as you do not harm others or infringe on their equal rights, you are entirely free to live exactly as you see fit.
You do not exist to serve the state, and you are not the property of the collective. You do not need the permission of bureaucrats or the consensus of the majority to pursue your own happiness, make your own mistakes, or define your own purpose. Every law that dictates what you must consume, who you must associate with, or how you must peacefully trade is a direct violation of your personal sovereignty.
Coercive Taxation
Taxation is not a social contract; it is state-sanctioned theft.
In a free society, all human interactions must be strictly voluntary. You own your body, your labor, and the fruits of that labor. When the government extracts a portion of your wealth under the direct threat of violence, imprisonment, or asset forfeiture, it is no longer a transaction—it is extortion.
Calling this coercion “taxation” does not change its moral nature. If a private citizen demands your money at gunpoint to fund a charity, a school, or a neighborhood watch, we rightly call it robbery. When the state does the exact same thing under the guise of the “greater good,” it is simply legalizing the plunder.
I support the reduction and/or elimination of taxes at every possible opportunity.
Economy, Cost of Living & Trade
I support sound money policy and a federal government that lives within its means. The KEY to permanently reducing the size and scope of government is the passage of a Balanced Budget Amendment (See Bill of Reform).
Inflation is destroying the American dream. Inflation is driven by deficit spending enabled by the Federal Reserve’s present ability to “print money” at will. Politicians create inflation by design in order to pay back debt with reduced value dollars. This destroys savings and puts achieving the American Dream farther out of reach of young American families. We must get our economic house in order as a Nation just like individual families do.
Trade is an essential component of a healthy economy. I support reciprocal, FAIR trade, not FREE trade with other nations that do not follow the same rules. Regulations, quotas and other non-tariff barriers that hollow out American industry must be countered aggressively to support American workers and maintain a robust industrial base so we as Texans and Americans can always be ready to respond to national emergencies, whether natural or otherwise.
I support efforts to preserve the US dollar as the premier global reserve currency.
America First Foreign Policy
I support a foreign policy that puts American interests first, aligns with the interests of our democratic allies, delivers peace through strength and fosters the development of stable democratic national governments and economies with whom we can fairly trade. We should not attempt to “nation build” other countries in America’s image because we think they should “be like us”.
We must stop all foreign aid to nations consistently in opposition to western, democratic ideals. We must govern our nation in a manner to be worthy of emulation. We should be prepared to offer support for serious, indigenous democratic forces seeking to overthrow tyrannical and abusive governments only after comprehensive and nuanced review of likely costs and benefits to American interests. We must then do so only with the full consensus of the people as expressed through their representatives in Congress.
Immigration & Border Security
I support a sensible and humane, family-based approach to immigration. It looks like this:
- As a nation of immigrants, we should support legal immigration that strengthens our economy and benefits citizens. However, in a dangerous world, we must fully secure our borders to know exactly who is coming in. At the same time, we have to find a practical solution for the 15 million undocumented people already living here, because ignoring them only creates a breeding ground for exploitation and crime.
- Instead of performative politics, we need a quiet, professional approach to immigration that focuses on removing individuals with criminal backgrounds, active deportation orders, or values fundamentally opposed to Western democracy—all while keeping families intact. To further protect our nation, we must end dual citizenship, restrict birthright citizenship to the children of Americans, and completely eliminate all entitlements for undocumented persons.
- We need a strict 90 to 120-day registration period followed by a thorough, community-level background review for all undocumented individuals currently in the country. Families proven to be self-sufficient, law-abiding, and contributing positively would earn a 10-year, annually reviewed probationary status with work authorization, ultimately putting them in line for eventual citizenship. However, this system requires zero tolerance: anyone who fails to register or commits a crime while on probation will face immediate deportation without further administrative delays.
Education
I support reform that puts responsibility and control for educating our children firmly back in the hands of parents. That means funding for K-12 should follow the student. Parents have a responsibility for their children’s welfare that far exceeds the interest of the state.
I support abolishing the federal Department of Education. Since its inception, American public schools have gone from 1st to 38th in terms of quality among educational systems of developed nations. I would like nothing better than to see public schools succeed; however, they should do so on merit rather benefit from a state monopoly.
I support expansion of education and training in skilled trades. It is honorable to work with one’s hands and mind to: build things, install things, repair things, and operate the machinery that made this country the envy of the industrialized world.
The American college and university system has too often abandoned its primary mission of teaching critical thinking skills for the contemporary job market. No college student should spend spend four years on borrowed money and not obtain skills to repay their debt. A graduate should spend no more than ten percent of salary for ten years to repay student loans. Any unpaid loan balance at the 10-year mark must become the responsibility of the institution that issued the diploma. It is known as a “defective product”. Manufacturers absorb the cost of product recalls. We would quickly see the bloated costs, the “four hours per week in the classroom” professors, and the “fringe” degrees disappear.
Healthcare Quality & Affordability
I support a health insurance model that is portable (tied to the individual, not the employer); puts the individual fully in charge of balancing lifestyle risks and coverage requirements; includes full transparency of costs; and is delivered through local and regional health care delivery systems.
America has tremendously qualified doctors, nurses and healthcare technicians; however, they are trapped in a vast, expensive, bureaucratic system of “sick-care”. It is a fee-for-service business model. We need to return healthcare to the status of being a “profession” with focus on healthy lifestyles and prevention. We need: a) localized ownership and oversight of facilities (See Hamilton County, TX “co-op”); b) allow insurance to be issued across state lines; c) require complete, up-front disclosure on all procedure costs with explicit out-of-pocket amounts; and d) allow health insurance policies to be designed to support similar risk pools. The current approach “privatizes the benefit but socializes the costs and risk”.
The one size fits all model today is driving excessively high costs for all insured. Ultimately, citizens are best equipped to define and pay for the healthcare that meets their needs. Your hard-earned paycheck deductions shouldn’t be washed through layers of EITHER corporate or government bureaucracy. The federal government already wastes hundreds of billions through fraud in Medicare and Medicaid; we should NOT increase the size of the “trough”.
Social Security & The Safety Net
I support a commitment of the Federal government to DELIVER full benefits as promised.
The income and medical health benefits promised to our Seniors and those nearing retirement from Social Security and Medicare must be considered sacrosanct. Payroll deductions from decades of earnings were not optional. Americans honor commitments.
However, for younger citizens, we must consider some new options. The combined Social Security Trust fund is currently scheduled to be depleted in 2035 with a mandatory across the board benefits cut and a conversion to a pay-as-you-go benefit (annual taxes received allocated to current beneficiaries).
The federal government has TAKEN our wealth and squandered it. If you are a younger worker (or retired or nearing retirement) and simply want to see what an alternative, market-driven or hybrid retirement account would look like, CONTACT us here. The campaign will send you an analytical tool for you to plug in your own earnings numbers. You will be astonished at the level of “legal” THEFT perpetrated on hardworking American taxpayers by our “political leaders”. For millennials and Gen Z, let’s work together to transition you to a secure retirement future!… offering two to four times the benefits of the current Social Security program.
America is the most generous Nation on earth. We must always support those with disabilities, special requirements, and survivors. We must be ready to give a “hand up” to those in temporary distress, but we must end the permanent “hand out” to those unwilling to take responsibility for their own lives. It robs them of dignity and makes them wholly subservient and vulnerable to government coercion. When “takers” as a percent of population reach 50% + 1, this Nation disintegrates.
Support for the Veterans of our Armed Forces
I support full access for a veteran to seek private medical care if he or she cannot get an appointment within the VA Medical system within 20-30 days. I support full access to private care if a veteran must travel more than two (2) hours to a VA medical facility. I support a comprehensive audit of the Electronic Health Records system and its potential replacement if all deficiencies are not correctable within 1 year. I support a comprehensive review of all VA services with the intent to reduce the federal bureaucracy and leverage local, private services when possible.
Housing & Homelessness
I support policies that promote a strong economy, giving Texans and Americans access to safe, dignified housing. No one should sleep on the streets. I believe local churches and other charitable organizations are best positioned to assess the needs and provide solutions for their communities. The one role for the federal government is to ensure that Veterans in transition from the Armed Forces have adequate shelter. For the truly mentally ill, we must reassess the decades old decision to “mainstream” patients.
Political Polarization & National Unity
I support common sense policies that benefit all Texans and Americans. I totally reject identity-based policies. Arbitrary classification of indivduals base on immutable attributes is the worst form of collectivization.
As citizens, we have far more in common than we have differences. We want safety and security. We want our children to have a better life than we have. We want to live in a world at peace. We want to reap the rewards of our own efforts. We want to live free of coercion from ALL governments at all levels. It is the career politicians that have us at each others’ throats. They keep the citizens in a frenzy with the rage machine amped as high as they can twist the knob. Stop, just STOP!
